Me?

[recently]

Aaaaaaa! I want to read manga!

It’s easier to say than to do lately. I can’t believe that I’ve come to the period when I don’t read any manga in a day. Well, reality hits.

I’m still buying the tankubons released in my country, tho. I’m  currently following :

  • Meitantei Conan
  • Kuroshitsuji
  • Barakamon

What about you?

[the basic]my name

Sakuramochi is a special cake made for Girl’s day (March 3rd). On this day, people arrange a set of doll for the daughter and eat sakuramochi. yeah, it’s a pink cake inside sakura leaf (sound’s romantic right? pink and sakura ><). I just hope this blog can amuse you as sweet as sakuramochi.

I decided to start this blog on 2008 when my friend asked how many mangas I have read so far. Well, I got my first manga when I was in 4th grade. It’s already almost 15 years ago. My brother and I collected those mangas ever since then. Fortunately, mangas are easy to get here. They publish about 15 to 30 titles every month in my country.

As we grew older, we only read our favorite genre. I always like shonen genre. I think shoujo is too sweet and makes people cry easily. But, I was not completely right, because some shounen can also do the same. Ha ha ha

I already reviewed almost 828 titles and I still read more. I hope I can share my joy with all manga fans out there. And then, we can make friends.

fav manga

kyoko hikawa hitsugaya

My favorite character for all this time is Hitsugaya Toushiro (Bleach) and my favorite mangaka is Hikawa Kyoko-sensei.

I think your blog, Sakuramochi, is a fantastic example of what we are looking for – it is fun, specific, informative, and well written, with great imagery.

We feel that your dedicated blog, is exactly what we are looking for, and would be fantastic addition to our comic book blog, Marvel Disassembled.

So with that I would love to invite you to visit our community, and to ask you if you would like us to list your blog under WalkedThru Manga perhaps?
