Yamapi starts his idol life when he was 12. He was so inspired by Hideaki Takkizawa, so he asked his mother to apply to Johny’s entertainment. He has the look, right? So he was accepted and become Johny’s Junior.

As a junior, he worked behind the famous idol. He was stage dancer for Kinki Kids.

At 2003, NEWS was formed from 8 cute boys, and Pi is chosen to be leader. After, a shameless affair, Kusano Hironori and Hiroki Uchi were disbanded and leave Pi with Ryo Nishikido, Yuya Tegoshi, Shigeaki Kato, Massuda, and Keichi Koyama.

His stardom rose so fast when he starts appearing in many doramas. My favorite one is Nobuta wo Produce. I personally think that every one who watches this would love Yamapi. He playes Akira Kusano, a rebellious kid who choose to live in modest way, even though his father is wealthy. He’s so funny.

But, what makes him so popular is when he started being the Lead Role. It’s in Kurosagi. The story is based on manga with the same title. Kurosagi (クロサギ) stands for Kuro (Black) and Sagi (Swindler). He’s is the one who swindle the swindlers.

During NEWS をあばけ(Let’s Expose NEWS), Yamapi shows his famous tag from Proposal Daisakusen Dorama, “Halleluya Chance!!” it’s so funny. He was awarded as the Best Actor for that one.

Then, Nari had a chance to work with more ikemen in Gokusen. I hate his hair at that dorama.

He also involve in Honey and Clover dorama with Ikuta Toma. He plays Morita senpai. I like that careless character. I think it suits him.

He was vote as the 2nd sexy guy in JUON magazine (2005). Well, the first post is given to Tachibana Keita (w.inds). Teppei started as a singer. He made duet with Eiji Wentz. They soon became good friends. They already spend New Year’s eve together for 4 years. I thought, Teppei was just like another idol who can’t act. But, he shows good talent in Team Medical Dragon.

He plays Ijuin Noboru, a new doctor who has less confident. It’s bad. Because patient can’t trust that kind of doctor. Teppei was so great, that I really hate that Ijuin. Ha ha. He was nominated as Best Supporting Actor in the 49th Drama Academy Award (2006).

He was born in January 5, 1986 in Osakasayama, Osaka. He’s ‘only’ 167 cm tall. I think that’s the reason he was given the character of Atsushi Otani in Lovely Complex. He’s so cute!!!

Teppei went to Osaka Furitsu Nagano High School, before he decides to try his luck in Tokyo. The, he transfers to Horikoshi High (Pi, Toma, Shirotan and Koki’s school). The struggle must be so hard, that makes a Nakahara Aya, the author of the manga Lovely Complex, want to portray his life into a manga.it’s called “Bokura no Ibasho”.

He’s one of the hottest guy in Japan now. Started as a member of famous idol group, Kat-tun, Kame is pointed as the leader. AT first, I thought, he’s so skinny. But, he’s cute. He’s a good actor.

He is the third son from 4 brothers. His parents sent in his application to Johnny & Associate Entertainment Agency on his behalf and he was accepted at age 12. At that time, he was in the same interview group as Jin Akanishi and Yuichi Nakamaru (KAT-TUN members).

I started to like him since Nobuta wo Produce, where he played Shuji Kiritani, a popular boy at school who try to make over a new student so she can become popular too. Kame received an award as the best actor that year (2005).

Then, I bought Gokusen 2 DVD. Kame portayed a cool rebellious student whose father is a cop. His father is so shamed on him so he forbid him to go to school.

After that, Sappuri, a happy and enthusiastic Kame chasing the love from older woman.

But, my favorite is Kindaichi where Kame played manga character, Hajime Kindaichi who’s a little pervert and playboy. He’s so funny there! Kame is the third idol who played Kindaichi Hajime from the famous manga Kindaichi Shounen no Jikenbo.

Shun started his dorama professional in GTO. He was so small–I still remember–he has a curly hair and sweet face. But, not so long after that, he grew up so taaaaaaall. He becomes so cool.

He’s widely known for his role as Shinichi Kudo in Detective Conan the movie. He started to plays main character after that, like in Bimbo Danshi.

The thing that amazes me is Shun has played many kinds of role. Mostly he got to be a cool characters (Rui, Sano Izumi, Shinichi Kudo,…, Akira), but he can also play funky role (as a host in waters, and Koyama Kazumi in Bimbo Danshi).

In his personal life, he’s just like many other guys who doesn’t like to clean up (Ask Toma if you don’t believe me!!!). He’s also like to sleep and hard to wake up in the morning. He’s just like Rui (Hana Yori Dango). n.n

I fell in love with Kiriyama Kazuo when I watched Battle Royale. When I found out the actor who play that role is Masanobu Ando, I started to like him. But, unlike many idols, Masanobu Ando is not trapped in one kind of role. He has played many kinds character from that psychopath killers to cute bank robber, he even tried homo character. His latest movie is Sukiyaki Western Janggo where he played as Yoichi, the descendant of Yoshitsune. They perform in English so you can imagine how funny it would be. But, Masanobu can pronounces many words well enough. I gives him 4 star rating for his English. He he he.

He started directing for Adagietto where he put Kumiko Aso as the main character. It was in 2003.

He was born in 1975, 19 May, in Kanagawa, Japan. He’s absolutely Japan’s Johny Deep. He said that He’s a mature person with deeper thinking. It’s the opposite from the character Shiro Kazuki he played in Big Bang Love Juvenile who’s insticn-driven creature. But, he played it well. Well, he’s the only reason I watch the movie. Me, unlike Masanobu Ando, doesn’t really like Takashi Miike’s weird work.

You may not find many articles about him on the net. Even wikipedia can’t describe him enough. I think it also support his modest personality. He thinks he’s not a successful actor yet and hope someone else to give him advice on how to have a successful career in the future.
