Like Akira, Otomu Katsuhiro sensei creates this gloomy manga. The story starts when people killed. It happens around an apartment. It scares people. The evidence shows that those victims are suicide. But, the truth is there is someone makes them do that. It is someone from the apartment who possesses psychic power. He just does that for fun. But, a young girl knows that. She has the same power. And the battle begins.
