Kitaro is a spirit-monster, yokai. He lives in Ge ge ge Woods with his father. That old man was dead before Kitaro was born. But, when his mother passed away, Kitaro’s Dad becomes sad seeing his only son lonely. So, he came back to earth as an eye ball.
Even though he’s another world’s creature, Kitaro is so kind to human. He never refuses to help them. That attitude makes him unpopular among his people.
Actually, I watched the movie version where Eiji Wentz play the spooky Kitaro. it was very cute. I mean…Eiji is cute. ha ha ha. So, I decided to peep on the manga. it’s not really my style, anyway. but, I think it’s good for children.

Michimasa Takeda is not a delinquent juvenile. But, his look make people want to set a fight with him. And he always win. That creates notorious rumor about him. The truth is he just hate to lose.
When he met a judo counselor, he is introduced to Judo. His world has been broaden since he knows there are many strong people around.
I like Michi for his cute character. He’s not like someone who love to boast about his power. He just do what he can do. That makes him cute.
The art is also sweet. And the mangaka put some humors in it.

Nanaki was hit by a car. After he wakes up, he can blow up things. He is now able to teleport into a building.
Nanaki has a psychic power. But, people with that power are not supposed to be let alone. There’s a secret organization who organized those gifted people. They are lead to secure daily lives. Those who don’t join the organization are most likely the destructive ones who have to be stopped. That’s another duty for this organization.
As Nanaki joins it, he is paired with Aoi, a cool man who can’t open his heart to anyone.
The story lasts in 3 volumes. I think this is just Ryou Saenagi sensei’s style to have all boys’ character. But, this is not yaoi (Even though, I hope this is…he he he)
Gamon has a power to destroy things, genjutsu. It’s an ability he gets from his father. They have a destruction company. But, his father has been dissappear for couple months. Gamon smells something stinks behind this.
Masuba group is actually behind all. They are a big company that produces weapon. Gamon and his father’s power is a barrier to their invention. To make sure that weapon is good; they try it by fighting those genjutsu users.
As I read this, I think Gamon the demolition man is a light manga for shonen genre. The struggle Gamon has to face as a director of Destruction Company, his role as the family head while his father missing, and his duty to search his father, are accumulated in his head. He’s just a simple teenager. He might not good enough for all of this. But, these will make him stronger to the point that he’s dependable for everyone.
So, I really like this manga. The art is an average, but the meaning inside is good. At least for me. n_n

The Time Witch gives him Mocona to lead his way. The journey is going to be long. But shaoran won’t give for his beloved one. There’s also Kurogane and Kaye who will help him along the way. Even though they all have different mission, they stick together and become good companions.
The funny thing about this manga is you can find all Clamp’s character from Cardcaptor Sakura to Chobbits; from X to XXXholics.

Nakahara Shuuya and all his classmates are trapped in a game named Battle Royal. It’s a game created by government in order to decrease population’s number. It is also a reflection of adult’s hyprocracy and worry about young people. Juvenile is known hostile and even show greater aggressively against them. They’re losing their charisma. And soon will lose their pride. So, they decide to erase their children.
Every year, they choose a class among all middle school in Japan. They will be placed in an isolated area. Each of them is given weapon. The rule is simple: kill everyone until the only one last. If they refuse to shoot their friends so in 3 days they have no winner, they will be blown up. All of them.
Shuuya and Noriko hate it and try to collect as many friends as possible to hack the system. But, the situation gets out of control. Not to mention, Kiriyama Kazuo, the psychopath student who can kill without expression.
How can they escape from that situation?
Everyone faces their own fear. And the biggest enemy is themselves. They are starting to lose their trust to their friend. This is a good story about how far you can stand for own value.
Though I don’t really like the art, this bloody manga is quite impressive. I give this credit
I watched the movie before I know that they actually published the manga. he he..
well, the movie is quite amazing because I found many IKEMEN!!!! Takashi Tsukamoto, Tatsuya Fujiwara, Masanobu Ando, Yamada Taro and Sosouke Takaoka. wow!!
Sanako lives with her Dad in an old building near the red area. He is an architect and gets that building from his parents. Since the place is in business spot, the land shark is eager to have it. They even forced the owners to sell their homes.
Miyake is the employee of the land shark. He’s actually just a lonely man. Sanako is the first to understand it. When he is supposed to talk to home owner, he accidentally fell off the stair. He got his leg injured, so he can’t go anywhere. Sanako and her father let him stay at their place. Miyake soon lured with the warmness the give him. Not only Sanako’s family, but every body in that building are really care about him. He decides to help them against his company.
He finally stop working at the land shark and work in that neighborhood.
Having an optimistic protagonist is a character from Waki Yamato sensei’s. This energizing story is just another plot you can feel inside and give you more reason to stand up.
