It’s quite funny.

Jude is the only child in that village. He’s so bore. One day, the sky has been ripped. And a space ship comes through. Those men want something from the village.

Jude tells anyone, but none seems to trust him. He decided to break into the ship himself. He found a little girl kept in a small room and a man who has been hit by those men in other room. He released them all.

Those men are searching for “the arm”. None imagine that Jude has natural DNA that enables him to use the arm. He uses it to protect all the villagers. But, the village is going down. Jude and the two people he saved have to go.

The village actually is a shelter made to isolate the arm creator in the sky. They do that to protect the arm. But, now, Jude has gone out to the world.

How would he survive with such a naïve thought?

For an adventure manga, this is very short story. I sense that Chihiro sensei make it in hurry. The development of each character is so premature, so it makes us uneasy to enjoy it.

It’s very dark manga in many ways. It’s not bloody but somehow…scary.

The story is about Susumo Nakoshi, a man who let a medical student to make a hole in his brain. After that he starts seeing metaphors of people’s personality. Take a high school girl whose afraid of what other’s think and always do what her parents want her to. In his eye, she’s a sand who looks like human. The form of sand changes as she responds to outer world.

Yup, you have to have a brain to analyze it. It’s not something you can laugh about.

Being raised in jungle can makes human acts like a beast. That’s what happen to Leo, the transferred student. Having a looks like tiger and eyes like lion, he’s being feared all over the school. But, Yuiko is not afraid of him. She’s an animal lover, even though animal hates her.

Leo likes Yuiko for excepting him. He’s not as scary as he looks, anyway. He’s even so gentle and sweet. But, when someone hurt Yuiko, he’ll go crazy and attack him like a beast. Yuiko always know how calm him down. She’s now having new calling, the beast master.
